01 THE VINEGAR’S APPLES / AZUMINO
The vinegar begins with apples grown in Azumino, Nagano, at the foot of the Japanese Alps. Their fruit character is at the heart of Slim.
Good ingredients are the beginning of a flavour worth coming back to.
02 THE VINEGAR / SAGA
Traditional static fermentation, followed by patient ageing. The vinegar in Slim is given time to develop its mellow acidity and aroma.
The vinegar in Slim is made by Saga Vinegar, whose Ukon Vinegar tradition dates to 1832.

Add ice and an apple slice if you like.
Always dilute before drinking. A 500 ml bottle provides approximately 33 servings at 15 ml each. You can also dilute with milk or soy milk.

Slim is a sweetened Japanese apple-vinegar concentrate made with concentrated apple juice, apple vinegar and oligosaccharides. Dilute before drinking. It is not plain, unsweetened apple cider vinegar.
Yes. Apple juice contributes sugars, and oligosaccharides are added for sweetness. Slim is not sugar-free. No artificial sweeteners, flavourings or colourings are added. Contains apple.
